City centre & suburbs – Typically, within 24 hours
Rural and Post Office boxes – Typically, within 48 hours
ALL ORDERS INCUR A PACKAGING, FREIGHT AND HANDLING CHARGE.
This is based on where you are located and the size and/or weight of your parcel plus a modest charge for picking and safely packing, your order.

We offer the following ways in which you can pay us:
Cash or credit card transactions at point of sale
Credit Card transactions-only via our online store
‘On account’ payment is expected on the 20th day of the month following invoice. This can be made either via credit card or via direct payment to our bank account. Details appear on our invoice.
All goods remain the property of GDL Trading NZ until paid for in full.
Any costs incurred collecting overdue accounts will be charged to the customer.
Please check goods on receipt and IMMEDIATELY ADVISE US if your order has been incorrectly despatched.
NO CLAIMS accepted after 7 days – no exceptions.
Goods incorrectly ordered and returned within 7 days will incur a 15% restocking fee (plus freight charge) OR a minimum charge of $10 (plus freight charge).
